Kottu Hut started with a simple idea: cook real Sri Lankan food for Bristol. We use fresh ingredients, grind our own spices, and make everything the way it's done back home. If you've been to our Bristol spot, you know the sound of kottu being chopped on the griddle and the smell of roasted curry powder hitting the pan.

Sri Lankan home cooking is meant to be shared. Devilled curries, hoppers, sambol, the lot. We want you to walk in feeling welcome and leave feeling well fed.
